Monitored inventory levels of replacement parts and supplies needed for repairs.
Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools: buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high-pressure washers, high-speed buffers, and vacuums.
Installation of doors, windows, and ceiling.
Cleaning, sanding, and filling holes and cracks.
Set up and operated machine tools to repair or fabricate jigs, fixtures or tools.
Checked electrical components to identify defects and hazards and make necessary adjustments.
Varnishing and hanging wallpaper.
Removing and reinstalling fixtures (e.g., doorknobs, electric switch covers) as necessary.
Move furniture and equipment as required for maintenance and facility operations.
Perform carpentry work in repairing or replacing doors, windows, walls, flooring, roofing, and any other work pertaining to wood structures.
Operates equipment as needed (including snow plowing)
Cleaned or lubricated shafts, bearings or other parts of machinery.
Perform intermediate-level plumbing work, including the installation, repair, and replacement of plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, and pipes.
Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner. Washes walls and woodwork.
