Identify development opportunities:

• Monitor daily drilling, completion, work-over and abandonment activities to ensure the agreed plan for the wells is being followed and highlight any deviations required.
• Coordinate well intervention activities (completion, workover, well maintenance and abandonment) from planning, to execution, and post-job evaluation.
• Prepare detailed well intervention programs and supervise jobs in the field. Programs include production logging, water saturation monitoring, production enhancement using stimulation techniques, recompletions, well integrity, leak detection, zonal isolation, water and sand control.
• Monitor production performance, diagnose any anomalies and recommend the best engineering solutions to maintain and improve the productivity of wells.
• Identifying improved-production opportunities in the wells, to ensure reliability and optimum well performance.
• Participate in project technical review and review proposals to ensure efficient/economic operations.
• Designing and implementing quality assurance, control measures and performing post-job analysis.
• Create and maintain database for wells covering all operational job details, data acquired, well tests, pressure history, production data and optimization work performed.
• Database management for reservoir historical interpretation and its statistical analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a supportive learning environment that cultivated their professional growth.

• Monitor well's performance on daily basis, diagnose associated issues and recommend optimization opportunities to improve well productivity and maximize the field recovery factor.
• Monitor daily drilling, completion, work-over and abandonment activities to ensure the agreed plan for the wells is being followed and highlight any deviations required.
• Design and coordinate well procedures for completion, workover, well maintenance and abandonment.
• Review and validate wells production data in order to keep the company's database updated and reliable, facilitating access to data and identifying changes in the well's production trend.
