At The Post Chicken I discovered my passion for cooking. I started as a prep cook and over the months I was promoted to line cook. After mastering all the stations on the line, I was in charge of Brunch for a year. In July 2023 I was promoted to the position of souchef. Since then I have learned to lead a line. I make orders, inventories, line controls, I know how to make schedules. I always try to reduce food waste, I supervise at all times that the quality of the food is excellent. I want to learn to cook new dishes, and learn more from other cooks, sou chefs and chefs.
My native language is Spanish, I speak English for cooking, I can train people in English and Spanish, and I am taking classes to continue improving my English.
