Accomplishments

As General Manager of Davao City Water District from 1993 to 2000, I developed and implemented a Comprehensive Plan to Reduce the Unaccounted for Water. During that period, the Unaccounted for Water was reduced significantly thereby improving the efficiency of water utilization hence, increasing revenue without increasing water rates.


The Davao City Water District was consistently awarded,The Most Outstanding Water District in Very Large category in the years 1993 1994 1995 1996 1997 1998 and 1999.
