- Worked to add/adjust user credential microservices designed to organize client access to licensing, software packages, and hotel properties

- Collaborated and implemented new 'automated provisioning' service architecture designed to automate the creation and licensing of large batches of new users for large clients

• Worked with C# based "Encompass" loan origination software, as well as its related services, RESTful APIs, and AWS/SQL databases.
• Added program quality of life improvements such as automated document delivery, third party credit API integration, and data validation. Implemented code that improved "Encompass" plugin performance, as well as decreasing required data entry and processing time for loan originators.
• Experience with AWS/Terraform to add, scale, or otherwise improve company servers/infrastructure. Integration with numerous AWS tools to automate manual work, such as employee credential updates.

• Co-lead two multi-million dollar projects as the point of contact and software lead. Developed best business practices, CI/CD, and documentation standards for the project. Collaborated with mechanical, electrical, and systems departments on business critical functionality.
• Team developed near real time audio and imaging processing software for a business-critical greenfield multi-million dollar project. Collaborated with outside vendors on external hardware and tools

• Automated Charles Schwab QA process, resulting in regression testing taking minutes instead of hours
• Designed testing processes for Schwab’s microservices, improving bug finding and increasing service performance
• Streamlined the process for generating the large amounts of data required for mock testing. Wrote programs to create large amounts of document templates to drastically reduce the amount of data entry required by testers.
