Manage federal grants programs for Demonstration Scale Carbon Capture Projects throughout the US by reviewing detailed documents, costs and program methods. Regularly meet with project teams to ensure projects were on schedule, within budget and meeting contract guidelines.

Execute drilling, completion and safety programs with day to day supervision of operational activities. Interact daily with operational personnel, and frequently with federal, and state regulatory agencies. Assist with planning and evaluation.

Develop drilling programs from permitting to completion for private equity operation. Manage the planning and execution of drilling projects for the development of West Texas/Delaware Basin properties. Oversee contracts for services, plan and develop revisions or enhancements to solve and troubleshoot daily operational issues.

Develop drilling programs, review rig capabilities, prepare AFE's, detail drilling parameters, supervise field operations and the implementation of the programs in Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, Texas and Utah. Plan and implement all phases of well operations. Administer various plans, policies and programs related to drilling activities; work closely with contract crews to insure efficient, safe operations Stay abreast of current and expanding technology in the drilling activities.

Manage multiple drilling operations simultaneously.
