Performed ramp analysis to help improve ramp safety and performance. As well as performed Quality control audits to ensure compliance with all ATA103, Local and Federal regulations.

Assisted in Preflight/Post flight checks. Performed refueling and quality control checks daily and well as assisted in the safe movement of aircraft on and offline to ensure ontime departures, and assisted all passengers boarding and deplaning.

Oversaw all Line Service team members and orchestrated a streamline shift operation to ensure everything was done safely and promptly. As well as oversaw and managed the Quality Control of all Fuel farm operations.

Assisted other team members in the safe movement of aircrafts, sports teams and passengers, as well as handling the refueling of several airlines at the Terminals.
