Creates and maintains an ongoing multi-year construction and renovation plan for all residential facilities in collaboration with the Associate Dean

Implements residential occupancy standards for new and renewed buildings including: Operational readiness checklists (in partnership with Associate Dean); Transition documentation and HRS staff training to facilitate handover of operations from Campus Construction project to HRS management; AV standards and user guides for current and future projects
