My main responsibilities in this position were to work with the business units to understand programming requests, write criteria for the solution, and see the work to delivery. MHC is the largest North American Semi truck dealership with over 130 locations throughout the US And had an internal user base of more than 2000 daily users. As a business systems analyst I worked with four business units within our corporate management team and 26 different software systems. Some of my highlights in this role are outlined below
