- One of the key aspects of my role was to provide support and guidance to help these athletes excel in the classroom. I worked with them to develop effective study habits, time management skills, and organizational strategies to help them succeed academically. I also provided tutoring resources and academic support to help them stay on track with their coursework and achieve their academic goals.
- In addition to academic support, I also served as a mentor to these athletes, offering guidance, encouragement, and advice to help them navigate the challenges of being a student-athlete from my personal and learned experience. I provided a listening ear, offered solutions to problems, and helped them set realistic goals for their personal and academic growth.
- One of the most rewarding aspects of working with these college athletes was seeing their growth and development both on and off the field. I witnessed firsthand the positive impact that academic success and mentorship had on their overall well-being and performance. By helping them prioritize their studies, manage their time effectively, and seek support when needed, I was able to empower them to excel in all areas of their lives.
- Overall, my experience working with college athletes on their academic excellence and providing mentorship was a rewarding journey.
