I helped at a Wednesday night ESL class through Martin County CER from 6-8 p.m. for about 5 months.

The class was for Latin American Immigrants that were learning English.

This provided me an opportunity to improve my Spanish speaking and listening as well as problem solving skills and overcoming language barriers.

• Completed tasks assigned by Teacher including: created worksheets, completed office tasks, supported student learning

• Rebuilt homes destroyed by hurricanes and floods
