Acquired the company with a partner and re-directed operations to focus more on commercial construction. Established RM Built as a legitimate casework and architectural millwork option for commercial builds in the Seattle/Bellevue metro area. Accomplished commercial casework and niche finishes in new construction while also maintaining a residential clientele and TI work in Bellevue. Acted as the GC in the commercial build-out of a boutique grocery store, and a new bakery/cafe, both in challenging existing buildings. Handled all aspects of business operations and job management at different stages. Did shop drawings and casework design for all commercial work built in-house.

Managed renovations and TI's for dedicated contractor in an 18-story building in Bellevue WA. Responsible for all aspects of planning, scheduling, client relations, and code compliance. Turned over 80+ residential units in building, re-designed work-out space, and built out cafe and library spaces in main floor areas.

Planned and managed the construction of a new brewing facility. Worked with the City of Newport to subdivide and lease 1.5 acre parcel for development. Sourced and contracted with design professionals and contractors to build a new facility from ground up. Oversaw all aspects of design and build including brewing systems and MEP systems. Managed contracts and billing requisitions to lender. Designed system for waste water and brewery effluent and metering to satisfy City requirements. Worked with city to navigate fire codes and satisfy/interpret code for the State's first distillery since the 1800's.

Owner's representative and project coordinator for the first stages of the Snoqualmie Casino. Liaison to the tribe for the Phoenix based developer. Attended pre-construction meetings with general contractor and architectural firm and City of Snoqualmie as the design was still being negotiated. Balanced the needs of both the developer and the tribe in nuanced communications and deal negotiations.

Co-Founder of Rhode Island's only Microbrewery in 1999.

Participated in all aspects of the business and operations from planning and build-out, production, sales, and marketing.
