- I have had experience at a handful of different, each have helped me foster valuable skills. While working as a cashier I developed my skills in active listening and overall helpfulness towards others. I was also responsible for training various other employees. Painting forced me to better my problem solving skills and develop greater hand-eye coordination. Working the New York State Fair gave me a sense of stewardship towards animals and a heightened sense of responsibility to the natural world.
