During my time with San Bernardino County I completed the counties Management and Leadership Academy and learned a great deal regarding time management and customer service skills as well as what makes a good leader.


I spent almost 20 years with San Bernardino County processing Medi-Cal and Food-Stamp applications and determining eligibility. I answered phone calls regarding the application process and answered any questions the customers had. I enjoy working with the public and doing what I can to make their application process as easy as possible.
