I have owned this Property in Council, ID since 1996. I had the property incorporated into the city limits and subsequently sought to have it entitled for townhouse lots and single family residential. Currently I am waiting for market condition to improve.

I owned and managed a single family residential construction business. In my operation I purchased undeveloped land, worked through the entitlement process, designed and constructed the houses. I had to work with the mayor and city council directly to get the land entitled. I then personally designed the houses and built them.

Managed a multi-discipline construction company. Our services included single family home construction, road building and heavy equipment operation, and providing ready-mix concrete throughout a wide area. My role in the company included managing the operations of all three divisions of the company, sourcing the materials for the start-up of the concrete company, and managing company relations and sales.
