• Supervised foremen in charge of making sure assembled and disassembled scaffolding and equipment when projects were completed or after each shift were performed not only in safe and secure manor, but according to strict codes and schedules.

• While training foremen in the proper assembly and demolition of scaffolding , time and employee management skills were impressed upon them in the midst of projects to give a first hand view of the management process, for them to learn what works and what hinders in the workplace.
• Accurately guided the construction of scaffolding for confined spaces such as inside boilers, underground trench areas for several plant and mill projects.
• Maintained safety and operational procedures for all projects at heights of up to 180/200 feet while training hundreds of newly hired employees on the safest, most cost effective ways of erecting, modifying and demolitions of scaffolding. Suppliers were sourced and necessary materials were purchased for work while simultaneously administering budget, tracked expenses and documented changes.
• Directing projects according to schedule and quality demands,executed systems of time management with multiple foremen without accident for over 8.5 years. in addition to calculating materials and labor cost to complete jobs on-schedule,also estimates were warranted.
