Summary

Although still in Highschool, I have lots of experience both in academics and athletics. I also love working with kids and love instructing child athletics. I also have experience being responsible as I have been responsible for 3 kids at the same time. I have learned work ethic and inclusiveness for everyone during this and during my time at naperville tennis. In addition I have been learning a lot about patterns and statistics from my ongoing internship at Sabermetrics, which is my first step towards my dream of studying Finance and Statistics and becoming a consultant. I am ready and willing to assist fellow employees with job tasks. I have experience handles various duties and assignments at the same time. My employers and fellow employees consider me to always be hardworking and reliable with great interpersonal and social skills.

Babysitter

  • Took care of three kids each day required, a six year old, a 3 year old, and a 1 year old, from anywhere from noon to 6 in the afternoon until whenever the parents returned home.
  • I would take the kids to the park, the beach, and movie theater as well as many other activities like just riding bikes to keep them active, occupied, and happy.
  • I was responsible for providing meals for the kids and making sure they ate their food, as well as getting milk and food for the baby, as well as hand feeding him.
  • I also would drive the kids or the parents if they needed to go anywhere, for example driving the Father Home from the airport late one night.

  • Worked with Sabermetics, an MLB statistics company featured in the Brad Pit Movie Money Ball. To help them organize and collect data and to represent it simply on things such as spreadsheets and data graphs.
  • I am currently a project manager for a Pitching performance statistics group that measures the effect that base runners have on a pitchers performance.
  • I gather data from sits such as Baseball Savant and by watching games to get hard data. I then write code through snowflake on AWS to create algorithms to organize and interpret the hard data I have collected.

Camp Counselor

  • Worked with a number of Age groups each year ranging from 2 to 14 years old, giving me experience with different kids and where each camper was at developmentally.
  • Was a specialty instructor for Tennis, golf, and Sailing. where I taught younger kids the ropes of each activity, and the older campers how to hone their skills at each activity.
  • I helped lead a number of camping trips to Upper Peninsula Michigan, around the Pictured Rocks area. I helped kids learn how to set up a campsite, cook food over fires, and how to be respectful to their environment around them, and not disturbing nature or the local wildlife.
  • I also worked with parents of some of the campers who had developmental issues such as autism to ensure that their child was being accommodated the best we could to ensure that their experience was just as fun as any other camper.

  • I would lead child group tennis lessons at Naperville tennis club, making sure each Younger Child is learning how to play the game, and each older child is developing into a stronger and stronger player.
  • I would help organize and plan lessons into instruction time, drills time, and games to help the students implement their new skills.
  • I also did maintenance for the clubs including sweeping the courts at night with a machine when everyone had gone home. I would also pressure wash the walls and tarps to ensure that dust and grime were gone to ensure that the club remained a nice place to be.
