I spent 6 years volunteering with people whom have mental disabilities and illnesses through the Kawanis club in Federal Way WA who sponsored the volunteer group in which I was a part of. During this time I helped the students with basic math skills and reading skills, as well as personal life skills. This was very rewarding and satisfying for me for a very long time. I enjoyed my role as a volunteer there and would do it again in a heartbeat!

I am a Vietnam Veteran honorably discharged 1974-1977. I was an aircraft maintenance worker during my time there in the air force. In 1990, I had serious health issues which qualified me for social security disability for I was too ill to work. However, Prior to that after high school I worked several jobs such as Store manager, owned and ran a custom shirt shop in Seattle WA. I also worked for American Sales Masters, teaching in the sales dept. where I taught different sales techniques to their sales dept. employee's for their products.
