- I was then requested to move to a different department because a supervisor wanted me to work for them
- I was in the moulder as a laborer in production
- Forklift skills came easy along with other equipment.I quickly learned how to operate the Weinig Moulder and do necessary maintenance on it
- In learning the moulder I began to learn how to sharpen and build cutter heads for it
- I then, over saw all production, maintenance and ordering of supplies and parts for the moulder department
- Along with those duties keep the workplace clean, safe and productive
- It's also my responsibility to communicate with the sales team to navigate customer orders and manage hundreds of thousands of dollars yearly in moulding inventory.
