National Sales Representative & Team Leader
- Spearhead national container sales efforts, servicing residential, commercial, and industrial clients across all 48 contiguous states.
- Manage and lead a team of 8 remote sales professionals, providing daily coaching, goal-setting, performance tracking, and support to drive individual and team results.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase revenue, with a strong focus on lead generation, consultative selling, and closing.
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and social media inquiries; consistently maintain top-tier customer service standards.
- Utilize CRM tools and spreadsheets to manage pipeline, track conversions, and monitor team metrics to ensure accountability and success.
- Coordinate with logistics and support departments to ensure smooth delivery processes and high customer satisfaction.
- Train new reps, establish workflows, and contribute to sales process improvements and company-wide growth initiatives.
- Achieve or exceed personal and team sales quotas consistently while maintaining a high closing ratio.
