Other Related Experience

  • Adobe Sign Load Letter Project: In my previous role as Customer Projects Designer, I identified a need for more accurate Load Letters, transparent timelines that the Customer agrees to, and a “One-Stop Shop” for gathering information from the Customer. Using Adobe Sign, I was able to import our current Load Letter and assign fields to the Customer that could be made mandatory. This feature forces the Customer to fill out the Load Letter to completion every time. With additional logic built into the fields, I was able to get the Customer to input more accurate information. Mandatory attachment fields also forced the Customer to attach all required documentation prior to sending the Agreement back. By signing the Agreement, the Customer was also signing off on a timeline that the Designer would verbally commit to prior to sending the Agreement.
  • This process was implemented as a requirement for Designers at the East Richmond and Petersburg offices. To prepare all the Designers and Coordinators, I held an in person training class at each office. I presented all the information in a PowerPoint that was clear and concise.
