  • Negotiated favorable contracts with partners and vendors, resulting in new SOWs that resulted in reduced OPEX without sacrificing quality. One partner contract realized annualized savings of more than $700k and increased productivity by reducing SLAs by more than 50%.
  • Led Global Education Services Team for Client Service Organization. Within 6 months of taking over a low performing team (1 of 13), I helped change team structure and culture using Maxwell Leadership principles and the team maintained best or tied for best KPIs in every measured category for the next 30 months under my direction.
  • Managed long-term strategic partnerships with key vendors (including Microsoft, Cisco, Broadcom, and Juniper), enhancing collaboration and creating mutual benefits. Relationships were built on transparency and trust as we co-delivered QBRs to Senior Executives and stakeholders internal and external.
  • Conducted market research to identify new potential revenue streams and partners, helping to expand the company brand and portfolio, including M&As like Alienware, Force10, and WYSE.
  • Coordinated with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions within operational processes and procedures, while ensuring changes are updated within QMS for ISO compliance. Also, presenting to ISO auditors as necessary.
