CSISD Kids Klub - Two years of experience on the leadership team, managing over 15 staff members and facilitating a strong safe environment for over 125 students. Facilitated staff meetings and lesson plans to guide staff towards success on the school campus. Disputed conflicts between staff members and held strong proactive behavior strategies with the students in the program for a fun and safe experience.
