• Manage traffic at all job sites per their daily job assignments.
• Ensure all traffic, whether construction, Vegetation Management, or the public.
• Perform traffic control duties including manually directing traffic, placing traffic cones and barricades that direct and restrict traffic flow.
• Operated pickups and flatbed trucks to set up and disassemble temporary traffic control schemes.

• Respond to Dispatch Center calls in a timely manner for availability
• Maintain contact and coordination with Dispatcher on and off the job.
• Maintain all equipment in a safe and working condition.
• Perform pre-job inspection and inventory utilizing the Vehicle and Equipment Checklist (VEC).
• Inspect vehicle to ensure safe operation prior to operating (oil, tire air pressure, etc.) and
report any concerns to your supervisor or the dispatcher.
• Inventory and inspect equipment needed for job.
• Flagging of traffic to ensure safe work zone for TMI customers, TMI employees, and the public.
• Coordinating with customer and/or dispatcher ensuring a safe, efficient, and problem-free service provided to customers.
• Completing required paperwork, receipts, and timesheets on or before mandatory deadlines.
• Report all unsafe conditions to supervisor as soon as possible.
• Ensure a safe work zone for the customer and pedestrians by being attentive.

• Operate vehicles of various sizes such as Pick-up Trucks, Flatbed Cone Trucks , (TMA) Truck Mounted Attenuators.
• Utilize cones, delineators, channelizers, drums, crash barrels, barricades, temporary signs, k-rail installs, sign installs, and various other traffic control equipment.
