As a junior supervisor for the Lincoln Illinois facility, I’ve managed most departments in the facility. I’m familiar with the Kronos payroll system and use it on a daily basis. I know the Eaton value systems, policies, and union contract. I’ve participated in Continuous improvement events and am currently managing the load center assembly area 3600 on 2nd shift.
