- Daily scheduling of work in our CMMS system Maximo through Assignment Manager to ensure proper distribution of assignments and adequate staffing for ongoing service orders and or IDIQ Projects.
- Assist in the establishment of preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems and facilities.
- Prepare deliverable reports and analyze to indicate work progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.
- Works with (DCR) Direct Condition Rating on everyday Equipment/Assets at Mayport Naval Station with High Voltage, Low Voltage, HVAC and Mechanical
- Work along with Facility Manager, Building Managers and Pars to best support the mission here at Mayport Naval Station

- I was awarded four safety coins for bringing safety concerns of hazardous conditions to the attention of upper management and government officials. These coins were used for personal time off in recognition of my overall safety efforts for my department.
