Kinesiology 2205 Exercise Assessment and Programming

  • Prep class for American College of Sports Medicine certification. Developing training programs for all main fitness
    characteristics with considerations for general populations, athletic populations, gender differences, and the life
    span (youth, oldest, pregnancy, etc.).
  • learn how to implement basic field tests and some laboratory
    tests for these populations in order to assess fitness characteristics and interpret the collected data to develop
