Summary

I've worked at Amazon DHT1 delivery station for almost 3 years now. Even though I'm still a Tier 1 I've done things over the years that most buildings will only have T3 associates do. For example in 2022 we had a Yard Marshall be converted to PA and I was the one to replace him on sort. I was doing a critical T3 job when everyone else was an actual T3. Not too long after I was moved to YM on RTS for 2 months due to the YM there leaving. Again I was doing a critical position. At one point I was the main YM in our building. The entire 2022 PEAK season I did the YM position for 6 days a week. Record breaking volume at the time and I was responsible for handling that. Outside I've been a crucial part of our Dock for over two years. I'm usual leading/co leading and striving only for success. I'm a huge team player. I love seeing others get better and improve while also making sure everyone stays safe. I'm very grateful for the support I get from fellow peers, even tho I may be a T1 like them, they treat me as if I'm not and the same goes for some of my managers. With that being said, I'm extremely familiar with TDR and the whole Yard Management system etc. I know everything like in the back of my head. I've trained multiple people on how to YM, some that are T3's right now.
