I have had many years working in professional leadership roles and as a dedicated employee in positions such as an Installer, Specialist, Operator, Supervisor, Superintendent, Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, and Manager. I have had the privilege of working in Environmental Health & Safety, Human Resources, Operations, Maintenance, Pharmaceutical, and Sustainability Departments in the Manufacturing, Processing, Collection, Retail, Healthcare and Construction fields. As a Leader and co-worker, I have also acquired skills in Customer Service, Conflict Resolution, Business Management, Document Control, Training Administration, Budgeting, Data analysis, Recordkeeping, Auditing, Incident Investigation and Project Management. These responsibilities required effective organization, public communication, certifications, and travel. Being prepared, focused, committed, diversified, and setting personal goals were essential to achieve success during my career. As a result of these work aspects, I earned opportunities to grow and be promoted. Therefore, these occupational skills combined with life experiences gave me the maturity, and competence to teach others, be a good co-worker, team player and use the skills and experience to take on new opportunities and serve people.
