Promoted to CEMS technician on 12/30/2025 Responsibilities: Calibrating, maintaining and troubleshooting Constant Emissions Monitoring System. Industrial manufacturing maintenance and troubleshooting, 24 Volt, 120 Volt, 230 Volt, 480 Volt and 4,160 Volt AC systems, DC control systems, motor starters, fuses, transformers, solenoids, limit switches, photo eyes, proximity switches, induction motors, feeders, HMI's and VFD's using electrical schematic's. Installation of industrial wiring, used megohm-meters to diagnose faults and multi-meters for checking current voltage and resistance. Repaired and installed lighting systems, wall receptacles and welding receptacles. Troubleshoot PLC based control systems, including diagnosing faults in input and output modules, fabricated junction boxes for field wiring. Motor replacement included termination of motor leads from ½ HP up to 400 HP motors. Troubleshot, repaired, and replaced instruments such as pressure transmitters, thermal transmitters, flow transmitters, thermocouples, RTDs, radar level, encoders, beck valve, and load cells.
