- Increased production efficiency by assembling components quickly and accurately.
- Enhanced workplace safety by maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times.
- I spent my days at the being and end of every shift inspecting coworkers job and parts they did prior to the jobs i started for that day.
- I drilled holes to required tolerances. Installing fasteners/hard-wear to proper torque. Shave/grind down parts to fit properly. Countersink hole to proper depth for flow surfaces only.
- Mixing materials such as epoxy glue called 1750-b2,9394-c2... to use as liquid shims for in between parts. Mixed paint up as well for installing fasteners/hard-wear.
- When installing all parts, i had to read blue prints and follow instructions carefully.
- Some days I had to work alongside other to meet goals set for the day.
