Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) Engineer 1 aligned to support messaging and streaming services, partnered with commercial teams to build and operate their services in "air-gapped" (MVP) US ADC Regions. Services include, Amazon Message Broker (AMQ), Simple Notification Service (SNS), Simple Queue Service (SQS), Amazon Data Firehose (ADF), Kinesis Data Streams (KDS), Managed Service for Flink (MSF), and Managed Streaming for Kafka (MSK).

 Led ADC Full CI/CD pipelines to an improved 96.5% from 87% within days of owning team kingpin goal of 90%. Maintaining a higher percentage of ADC Full CI/CD helps increase velocity of deployments in ADC regions and also decreases the need for Change Management and manual effort by the ADC teams.
 Led the onboarding and relationship between site reliability engineering (SRE) team and pillar team, Messaging and Streams ADC. Team subject matter expert (SME) in newly adopted Single Ticket Engagement (STE) ticket routing tooling and procedures. Applied this knowledge to strengthen relationship between pillar team and commercial team as well as pillar team and SRE.
 Leading builder of messaging services in air-gapped partition; directly contributing to service availability to internal and external customers.
 Provide root cause analysis for commercial partners. Creating dash-boards in air-gapped regions to track metrics and create alarms with automated action attached.
 Working closely with AWS development and automation tools to provision and maintenance front-end and back-end infrastructure to include Apollo, Distributed Job Scheduler, Hawkeye, Test on Demand, Cloud Formation, and Server Provisioning Tools.
 Continuously assisting ADC messaging and streaming services in adopting new ADC tooling, host patching, pipeline maintenance, and protecting customer traffic.
 Leverage AWS CLI with Linux OS and AWS internal tooling to continuously operate on-call for several partitions, deliver results to submitted ticket requests, and provide rapid response to customer support cases.
 Led Tech Lab, consisting of 8 sessions, for Basic Python Programming delivered to 130 peers. Influenced learning within AI2 program by developing new ideas such as analogies and technical scenarios to the initial course content, exercises, and labs.

Responsible for scoping customer requests to ensure mission requirements and 1st IO Command’s intent are both met. Responsible for leading, initiating, and/or attending exercise planning events with outside organizations requesting or accepting Red Team support.

 Lead planner for Army Red Team cyber operations; directly supporting O-5 Command intent and ARCYBER directives – resulting in 25 Exercises, and approximately 10-15 aggressor missions conducted yearly and ongoing certification of Army Red Team.
 Created, designed, and revised mission readiness documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Operational Orders (OPORDS), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Rules of Engagement (ROE), and Exception to Policy (ETP).
 Utilized knowledge of cyber capabilities to advertise 1st IO to potential customers – to include Close Access Team (CAT), Cyber and Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA), and Cyber Exploitation Team (CET).
 Experience with planning network and host reconnaissance and collection operations.

Provided target packages, real-time threat comms, and sensitive reporting in support of USSOCOM, CENTCOM, AFRICOM objectives. Directly contributed to unit readiness for 300+ personnel by executing additional duties as Unit Deployment Manager and Unit Fitness Program Manager.

 Disseminated signals intelligence (SIGINT) reporting to USSOCOM leadership and their subordinate directorates.
 Produced and conduct target analysis and research in support of SOF operations and national security Counterterrorism (CT) objectives.
 Operated $350 million weapon system to support combined Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance.
 Primary Government Purchase Card (GPC) holder for 30IS as the Unit Deployment Manager who determined budget, tracked 500 transactions, procured $12k, saved $5.2 in supplies for squadron needs, and managed continuity at group level.
 Directed 180 physical fitness tests that maintained squadron fitness readiness at 100% and promoted warrior ethos.
