Job requires ability to perform all repairs and modification of aircraft . Seat track removals , skin changes , windshield and cabin window replacements , complete stripping aircraft for NDI and visual inspections are some of the jobs performed. Knowledge of Maintenance and Repair Manuals as well as blueprints and instructions is essential.

• Assembled floor beams and floor grids to be installed on the Boeing 737 MAX . Experience with all phases of sheetmetal assembly in a high volume production environment. Use of air drills , rivet guns , dotco grinders and floor squeezes as well as pneumatic floor squeezes and automatic rivet stations.

• Duties included structural repair and modification of airframes on all Cessna 300/400 series , 208, 206, 182 single engine aircraft. Installed air conditioning systems on 206 and 182 models. Repair of damaged aircraft found during inspections . Installed various MODs such as strakes , stall fences , cargo pods .
