Responsibilities

  • Faithful and repeated chronological following of all steps of Work Instructions for all assigned tasks
  • Ability to identify potential issues with established procedures, escalate as needed.
  • Maintain, operate and repair liquid bulk and specialty chemical delivery equipment
  • Perform extensive inspections and preventive maintenance on chemical related equipment
  • Perform daily rounds, including recording readings, completing safety inspections and repairing findings during monitoring of online chemical systems. Complete notification of system owner, including submission of documentation of said issues/repairs.
  • Train and complete error-free chemical container change-outs and ISO offloads
  • Modify Work Instructions for chemical systems job tasks
  • Monitor, understand and train correct liquid bulk delivery procedures for each product on site.
  • Review initial evaluations and assist in resolving problem situations
  • Satisfactorily complete TCM Tech Level III local OJT minimum requirements within 12 months in job grade
  • Participate, promote and instruct customer and Air Liquide programs including, but not limited to: Safety, Training, Operations, and Preventive Maintenance
  • Train other TCM employees
  • Comply with, promote and train all applicable HS&E Standards including, but not limited to: PPE, Lock Out/Tag Out Program.
  • Complete assigned tasks per existing procedure. Report and modify procedures as required.
  • Recognize and resolve instructional errors and implement efficiencies
  • Performs all levels analytical, sampling and repair procedures commensurate with technician level training.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience working in and around chemicals, chemical handling and Semiconductors or similar industries.
  • Experience with SAP/Oracle/WorkStream/Maximo or similar CMMS/WIP-Tracking/Database systems
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
  • Faithfully follow all steps of Work Instructions for all assigned tasks, setting the example for others.
