- 2005 Phlebotomy: Skills in sample collection, conditioning and preservation
- 2006-2007 Hematology unit: great experience in, running and interpreting some basic tests as the full blood count, blood grouping, preventive Maintenance of the automated machines
- In addition to this experience was gained in some coagulation test techniques just to name a few
- Quality control techniques were also acquired
- 2007-2008 Biochemistry Unit: Running and interpreting some Biochemistry tests, quality assurance and quality controls
- 2008-2009 Serology/Immunology:
- 2009-2010 Blood bank: Skills acquired in blood collection and techniques of preparation of safe blood for transfusion
- 2010-2012 Bacteriology /Parasitology unit
- 2012-2015: Head of Bacteriology unit where innovations in the local production of sheep blood for the preparation of some special culture media was a major achievement to improve on the quality of culture media, also as the Focal person for the research program on Meningitis we accompanied the National Laboratory of Public Health in this research program
- Focal person for Hospital hygiene in the laboratory, with this hygiene policies were elaborated and implemented for a safe working environment to the staff
- Biosafety officer for the Laboratories from 2012 to 2023
- Biosafety audits were done regularly to detect the loopholes in biosafety and improving on the safety measures in order to create a safe work environment
- 2015-2017: Head technician for the Anatomopathology laboratory
- Where my major achievement was to raise the Laboratory from a progressive performance of 15% to 78% in terms of quality services in one year
- Also boosted the financial performance of the Laboratory
- 2017-2023: Head technician of the Medical Biology Laboratory where the major achievement was that the Laboratory earned a 2 stars award in 2022 from the African Society for Laboratory Medicine in the accreditation process
