- As Well-Site Supervisor: drilled wells with conventional directional tools and "Orbit" rotary steerable assembly per well plans, as well as utilizing geo-steering programs in real time using geological data to maximize reservoir exposure by drilling within the highest quality rock.
- As Well-Site Supervisor: successfully drilled, cased, and cemented over 175 horizontal wells within or less than AFE days with exceptional cost reductions year over year. Some of which was Austin Chalk, Upper Eagle Ford Shale, and with a majority being in the Lower Eagle Ford Shale. In the Karnes City area, we ran a mix of (2) string and (3) design setting 9-5/8" intermediate down to ~10,000'.

- As Driller for Trinidad 137, was part of numerous Pace-Setter Wells in Eagle Ford Shale, along with our rig being deemed Fastest Rig in Eagle Ford Shale; while leading crews to 5-yrs No Recordable Incidents.
