Autonomously provided critical care life support to chronically or acutely ill/or injured patients in austere environment via rotor and fixed wing platforms.
Provided PR CASEVAC services in extremely remote setting to Department of Defense personnel from point of injury to appropriate receiving facility utilizing rotor and fixed winged platforms. Provided initial combat trauma stabilization, Critical Care procedures as well as Hoist extraction, vehicle extraction and high/low angel rope rescue.
Provided critical care medical support via rotor wing evacuation to Department of Defense and Dept. of State personnel located throughout Iraq.

Post Hurricane Katrina attached to sub-sea heavy construction dive team that performed saturation/mixed gas diving salvage operations in the Gulf of Mexico. Performed duties as Diver/Dive Tender, Hyperbaric chamber operator as well as sole shipboard paramedic.
Responsible for fire suppression in structural and wild land environments. Advanced medical support of the ill and injured. Hazardous material operations, confined space, rope rescue and vehicle extrication specialist.
Intergraded as a team member of this highly trained unit. Providing medical support during hostage rescue and barricaded subject situations, sniper counter sniper operations, serving high-risk search warrants and during dignitary protection details.
Provided advanced life support for the Durham County 911 system that generated an annual volume of 45,000 calls. Functioned as a Field training officer for newly hired paramedics in system.
