Field foreman, oversee daily work performance with crew of 5 ironworkers, 2 riggers and 1 laborer, communicating about work schedule, creating lift plans, scheduling crane rental, scheduling equipment rental, hiring and firing, weekly foreman meetings, problem solving, welding, rigging, connecting, supplying tools when needed. field measuring, operating equipment.
