  • Communicate with Clients regarding pending CO’s and project progress
  • Assist with project completion/punch list work/collection of final payment from client
  • Negotiate with Clients for Ryder’s final GC/Fee payments and project close out
  • Managed Ryder’s growth from $30 million in 2011 sales to average of $100 million
  • Oversee orderly shut down/close out of Ryder Construction prior to myself and my partner retiring
