William Gipson

I am a passionate and energetic educator with a great record of forming positive relationships with students. I focus on creating a highly effective classroom by engaging students with interactive learning and fostering a community of support and comfort. To summarize my skill set, I would first include that it is very diverse, having experience in things from curriculum development, to research focused data analysis, to soft skills such as effective communication and creative instruction techniques. Next, I am very goal-oriented, working well both with teams or alone to achieve goals and manage projects. Finally, being able to metaphorically juggle multiple tasks is one of the many skills teachers develop, which I have grown accustomed to.

Each of these I have incorporated into the classroom to help engage students.
