I develop and maintain the Workload Standards WLS, by utilizing old time studies, estimates of labor hours, historical data from similar components, or conducting a new time study.

I participate in the Annual CUP review of “FE” components identified by COMFRC for review. I utilize the BOE/CRS/COMFRC/CUP Worksheet report. I use Production JON data for labor and material for my research. The data is reviewed and the COMFRC IIC CUP Worksheet is prepared for submission to the COMFRC Components Financial analysts.

I work with production and engineering to identify corrections needed for technical data. On draft Local Engineering Specifications (LES) for new or improved component processing.

I have extensive knowledge of the Navy supply chain policies, practices, and procedures, I know Proficient with various Navy Supply systems and Regional Maintenance Center systems such as:

Relational Supply (R-Supply). Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management (NALCOMIS-OOMA).

I have exhibited that I am a team player by assisting co-workers, when called upon, and showing a progression of excelling where I have volunteered for the DCC/Vision 2020 Project. As a team member, some of our goals include to ensure that work aligns with team direction, obtain positive feedback based on review, approval and acceptance by the Team Lead, seek local support to resolve challenges.
