Team responsibilities included: Fire alarm response, medical calls, fire system impairment/restoration, hot work permits, fire equipment inspections, contractor relations, interface with GM insurance representatives, collaborated with UAW rank and file, provided training as requested

Additional personal duties included: Hiring and firing, disciplinary action, interviewing, Union interaction, scheduling, payroll, camera inspection, swipe access inspection, fleet management.

First year, reduced overtime by 15% and incrementally declined over tenure. Drastically reduced employee turnover and maintained positive work environment.

• Conducted regular patrols of key areas to spot and control security concerns.
• Wrote detailed reports on property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons and unusual incidences.
