As Operations Manager, I am responsible for overseeing daily operations, which include scheduling projects, managing the fabrication of units, and supervising the implementation of a state-of-the-art paint booth. I coordinate all aspects of show-related events, including hotel accommodations, booth reservations, and travel logistics. Collaborating closely with two other managers overseeing Sales and Production, I conduct weekly scheduling meetings to ensure adherence to timelines and project objectives.
I serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the initial design phase of their trucks and remain available post-delivery to address any warranty-related concerns. Additionally, I manage relationships with multi-truck customers to foster continued business partnerships. My responsibilities also encompass the recruitment and training of our nationwide dealers, as well as scheduling necessary meetings to support their success.
