I was hired for Omni Fulfillment, which entails filling out online orders for multiple customers in a timely manner. Due to budget restraints, I was then trained to work in Amazon Returns (now Return Drop), where I'm able to assist an abundance of customers with their returns they purchased from Amazon. There will be days when there's a slight hiccup and I'll help out the customer in most cases. I've also been trained in POC and am able to give the customer a warming welcome/ service. There are also days when we don't have available associates for floor work, so they ask me to help fill in to work the Home department and Shoes department. I've had little to no training in those departments, but I was able to quickly get accustomed to the tasks and assist where needed.
