  • Preconstruction team member on over 20 project pursuits, including ground-up and renovation/special projects. Project values ranged from $500k to $100m, totaling a combined sum of $700m in total project value.
  • Project lead for 8 separate RFPs, netting over $100m in project value. Just sectors include adaptive reuse, life science, mass timber and municipality work. Additionally, scope lead for CSI divisions 04-06, 08-13, and 31-33.
  • Participated in other project pursuit activities, such as pre-bid walks, owner deliverable review meetings, owner and architect design assist working sessions, subcontractor site walks, and subcontractor interviews and selection.
  • Additionally, during the summer months, was a project team member on a $80m mission critical facility. Assisted in the preconstruction phase of the project through mobilization.
