Leadership & People Management
- Supervise and Lead 26 specialists.
- Conduct reviews, salary cycles, development plans, and quarterly 1:1s.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, coaching, conflict mediation, and disciplinary actions.
- Mentor leads and specialists for advancement; ensure schedule, attendance, and payroll accuracy.
Documentation & Reporting
- Write/revise SOPs, performance documentation and certification records.
- Prepare staffing models, overtime Analysis and expense tracking.
Operations & Production Control
- Oversee Photolithography production, including throughput, WIP, cycle time, and start goals.
- Execute real-time adjustments to labor, priorities, and bottleneck mitigation across the line.
- Respond to tool-downs, excursions, contamination risks, and quality issues.
- Assisting production flow. Maintain certification on 70% of fabrication equipment and all high-risk tools.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Uphold cleanroom, safety, and quality protocols; perform audits and qualification checks.
- Interpret SPC data, prevent scrap, and coordinate corrective actions with engineering.
- Generate incident reports for evacuations, alarms, chemical events, and power bumps.
Cross-Functional Communication
- Coordinate daily with engineering, planning, maintenance, HR, and site leadership.
- Lead standups, pass downs, and contribute to ops/communication meetings.
- Align priorities, tool qualifications, and workflow decisions across departments.

- Project Contributor to Mows, NEXT MOVE, N-1 workflow design, load duration studies, quality initiatives, and tool qualification projects
- Supported the Safety Committee and culture initiatives, planned morale and team events.
