Operations & Production Control

• Oversee Photolithography production, including throughput, WIP, cycle time, and start goals.
• Execute real-time adjustments to labor, priorities, and bottleneck mitigation across the line.
• Respond to tool-downs, excursions, contamination risks, and quality issues.
• Assisting production flow. Maintain certification on 70% of fabrication equipment and all high-risk tools.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Uphold cleanroom, safety, and quality protocols; perform audits and qualification checks.
• Interpret SPC data, prevent scrap, and coordinate corrective actions with engineering.
• Generate incident reports for evacuations, alarms, chemical events, and power bumps.

Cross-Functional Communication

• Coordinate daily with engineering, planning, maintenance, HR, and site leadership.
• Lead standups, pass downs, and contribute to ops/communication meetings.
• Align priorities, tool qualifications, and workflow decisions across departments.

Projects & Improvements

• Project Contributor to Mows, NEXT MOVE, N-1 workflow design, load duration studies, quality initiatives, and tool qualification projects
• Supported the Safety Committee and culture initiatives, planned morale and team events.
