  • Responsible for the commissioning, repair and upgrade of Exxon Mobil's sites in kildeer, bear creek region and Mandaree Indian reservation.
  • Improved network reliability by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Performed network diagnostics to determine performance levels of new installations and detect faults in existing infrastructure.
  • Collaborated with team members for successful implementation of large-scale network projects.
  • Traveled to remote office locations to install upgraded radios and provide IP addresses for local and remote IP's for network. Involved either port forwarding from radios, or installation of Network translator.
  • Equipment and technology that I am familiar with in our field.
  • Allen bradley PLC controllers including but not limited to 1769 L36 controllers and point I/O 1734 associated with those models. Familiar with RSlogix 5000 and studio 5000. I do not consider myself a programmer, but can download, upload the program, simulate, install devices and make online edits to tags, points and ladder logic.
  • Allen bradley micrologix 1100 and 1400, with associated software rslogix500.
  • Allen bradley panelview HMI with factorytalk view studio software.
  • Different styles and sized of Red Lion touch screens with software. Crimson 3.0, 3.1 and 3.2.
  • Scada Pac controllers with wireless accutec devices like temp transmitters, level transmitters, level switches, pumping unit transmitters for permissive and run status I/O, pressure tranmitters and temp transmitters.
  • Roc 107, 800 and FB3000 series controllers with associated Roclink and DS800 software.
  • Total flow RTU's with associated PCCU software.
  • Emerson wired and wireless devices. Including but not limited to level transmitters, pressure transmitters (low and Hi), MVS', Coriolis meters, magnetic meters, turbine meters, temperature transmitters, differential transmitters used in heater treaters and wireless gateways. Both 1420 and 1410s units.
  • Software associated with these devices are RCT, Radar Master, AMS, Fisher easy drive, coriolis software(prolink 3). Handheld Trex unit and older 475 unit for programming and troubleshooting.
  • Online software used is wonderware, ignition, xsboc and CnMaestro (Cambium radios)
  • Allen Bradley Nat 9300 network translators.
  • Valve actuators-Bettis, rotork and fisher D4's with either digital outputs, in puts, analog or both.
  • Radio's I work on and install in our network. Freewave FGR2PE ethernet, and FGR2CE serial. Xetawave 900 MHz, Zumlink 900 MHz, Cambium cnreach 900 MHz, Cambium 450 2.4 GHz, and ABB 900 MHz.
  • VFD's and Soft starts. Schneider, Seimens, Yaskawa, Rockwell, Toshiba, ABB and Hitatchi.
  • Lel and H2S sensors. Honeywell and Emerson.
  • Flare equipment. All Steffes and Flare industries components. Help with initial installs and all repairs including 480 Vac low pressure fan replacement.
  • Familiar with communication and wiring of protocols TCP/IP, RS232 and RS485.
  • Effective at Gas calibration of MVS equipment connected to fisher Roc's and and total flow RTU's including temp transmitter. This would include inspection and/or replacement of orifice plates.
  • Can build, maintain and calibrate oxygen sensors for gas field.
  • Familiar with relays and relay logic.
  • Yearly fit tested for SCBA gear and supplied air for H2S protection.
  • Familiar with intallation, troubleshooting and repair of 12-24 Vdc, 120Vac and 480Vac circuits and wiring. including all signal and control wiring.
  • Can build, troubleshoot and repair battery banks, solar panels and controllers. This includes using an inverter to convert 12vdc-24vdc to 120Vac.
  • Repair and installation of all 480 Vac building heaters and fans.
  • Proficient at using port forward for IP conversion from public to private IP's on site. This would either be done with a radio or network translator device. I was also tasked with maintaining the Bakken IP spreadsheet where I would keep updated and issue available IP's.
  • Wrote many "how to " documents to help others in the field. I enjoyed training others.

  • Worked with both home and business customers to install and repair inside wiring and hi speed communications, whether DSL or design services like T1 or ISDN.
