• Responsible for land development project working closely with lead government agencies to obtain project approvals. ie: FEMA, Corp. of Engineers, Adirondack Park Agency, Department of Environmental Conservation, and Local Planning Boards.
• Oversaw all operations of all projects daily.
• Managed all staff field crews and office staff.
• Councilled clients as to the best resolve for legal boundary line disputes. prepared mapping and new legal descriptions, attended meetings to obtain approvals, preared final packets to be files in the county clerks office.
• Prepared all legal descriptions and reviewed all abstracts of title.

Worked under a PLS learning the respocibilities of all duties involved with land surveying. I worked on the field crews and performed calculations and mapping.
