• Help with the daily needs of the administration ex: Emailing, Writing Letters, Grabbing Mail, and delivering Gameday credentials
• Answer Phone calls, and Emails for faculty
• Help Auburn Athletic Director (John Cohen) set up meetings in the War Eagle conference room
• Create a welcoming office environment infused with service and hospitality
• Assists in visiting team gameday planning and Logistics
• Coordinate with visiting team Athletic Directors family or friends and resolving any issues they may have upon arrival to Jordan- Hare Stadium.

• Assist with ticket sales and management of student flow at the gate entry point
• Provide conflict resolution and troubleshooting for any ticket concerns
• Provide excellent customer service so every fan has an awesome game day experience.

• Tigers Unlimited Ambassadors serve as the official hosts and hostesses of gameday experiences with Tigers Unlimited members, donors, and guests

• Through the generous support of donors, I was able to be a part of a unique opportunity to participate in this all-expenses paid trip to the Napa and Sonoma Valley wine regions. Each year, only 14 students are selected from a competitive pool of candidates to participate in this intensive six-day study tour that exposes them to some of the finest wineries, resorts, and restaurants in the famed wine region.

• Assist incoming and freshman and transferring students as they adapt to college life at Auburn
• Manage dorm life by ensuring university rules are being implemented and followed
• Direct students to campus resources for counseling, physical, or educational needs
• Assisted students with problem resolution through mediation and conflict management techniques.
• Educated residents on university policies and procedures related to residential living.
• Promoted diversity awareness by creating informative special events addressing relevant issues.
