  • My job duties include filling in any vacancies left by classroom teachers and/or staff. If there are no vacancies, aiding in any way possible through tutoring, high need support, safety intervention and yard supervision. (In addition to my role as STIP-Sub I facilitated the African-American Male Achievement (AAMA) group. My duties included lesson planning, teaching, and mentoring around the African-American experience, in the US and other parts of the world. This program was exclusively implemented for fourth and fifth graders African-American boys (but welcomed boys of other ethnicities willing and ready to learn. This is a program that also gives an outlet to whomever needed a space to process anything that may have been happening in their daily lives.)
